Carmella claims she's depressed for heartwarming reason in recent video

WWE star Carmella took to social media today to reveal that she was depressed for a heartwarming reason. The veteran has not competed in a televised match since her loss to Bianca Belair on the March 6, 2023, episode of WWE RAW.

Carmella is married to SmackDown announcer Corey Graves, and the happy couple welcomed a son to their family last year. The Princess of Staten Island took to her Instagram story to note that she was depressed because her son was already about to celebrate his first birthday, while she felt like he was only born yesterday. "We're on our way to do my son, my newborn son, he's a newborn, he was just born. We're on our way to do his 1-year photos. How is this even possible? I'm depressed. He's a newborn. He was just born like yesterday," she said.

Carmella is a former SmackDown Women's Champion and has also won the Women's Tag Team Championship once with Zelina Vega.

Carmella shares personal update amid WWE hiatus

WWE Superstar Carmella shared a personal update about losing her hair following childbirth.

The 36-year-old took to Instagram recently to share a personal update about embracing losing some of her hair after giving birth to her son. She asked fellow mothers if they had also dealt with hair loss, and you can check out her message in the Instagram post below.

"Tell me you’re 10 months post partum without telling me you’re 10 months post partum… as if we don’t go through enough let’s just throw some balding in there.. 🫠 for my mamas, im curious if you dealt with post partum hair loss?? 👩🏻‍🦲," she wrote.

The former Women's Money in the Bank winner and Corey Graves have been dating for a while and got married in April 2022. USA Network recently celebrated the veteran's debut in the promotion a decade ago. It will be interesting to see when the former champion decides to return to WWE television.
