Carmelo Hayes shares cute update with his WWE girlfriend ahead of RAW

Carmelo Hayes was drafted to WWE's main roster earlier this year. The rising star has already locked up with some of the biggest superstars in the company. Hayes also takes time to show his softer side, as he did with his WWE girlfriend earlier today.

The SmackDown call-up has brought opportunities to Hayes, but it also meant he had to leave his girlfriend in NXT. Kelani Jordan was signed by World Wrestling Entertainment after a successful August 2022 tryout.

The former Michigan State University gymnastics star worked Level Up and live events until debuting as Dana Brooke's protégé during NXT Gold Rush. She then won her official TV debut over Tatum Paxley on July 4 and is still climbing the NXT women's division. Outside of the ring, The Stand-Out and The A-Champion began dating back in 2023.

Hayes and Jordan took to social media today to celebrate National Couple Day, even though it's not actually National Couple Day. The 25-year-old shared a quick clip of herself and Hayes in front of the mirror. The 29-year-old then re-posted the clip, and he captioned it with a padlock emoji and a red heart emoji.

Hayes recently beat Baron Corbin in the first round of the King of the Ring Tournament but was defeated by Randy Orton in the quarterfinals. The Thriller From New England worked SmackDown the night before Saturday's King and Queen of the Ring PLE, teaming with Austin Theory and Grayson Waller for a six-man loss to LA Knight and The Street Profits. Jordan's last TV match was a loss to Fallon Henley on May 7.

Carmelo Hayes insults the WWE Universe

WWE crowned Gunther as its 23rd King of the Ring in Saudi Arabia on Saturday. The Ring General defeated Randy Orton in the tournament finals at the inaugural King and Queen of the Ring PLE.

Several top Superstars were shown in the crowd watching Saturday's matches. Carmelo Hayes watched Gunther vs. Orton and was seen live-streaming to Instagram on his phone at one point. A fan took to X with a screenshot of the stream, and The Kid responded with shots at the WWE Universe.

"Wanted to know what it’s like to be y’all for a couple minutes… I’m good with that..ima stick to being HIM #WWEKINGANDQUEEN," Carmelo Hayes wrote.

Hayes is not currently advertised for Friday's SmackDown on the company website or by the MVP Arena in Albany, NY. However, he will likely appear to continue the new rivalry with LA Knight.
