Cathy Kelley has an interesting proposition for The Rock after Rhea Ripley vacates the WWE Women's World Championship
On the latest edition of Monday Night RAW, Rhea Ripley was forced to vacate the Women's World Championship due to an injury.
WWE is set to crown a new Women's World Champion with Liv Morgan seemingly being touted as the frontrunner to become the next champion. The 29-year-old star reignited her feud with Ripley on the fallout episode of RAW after WrestleMania XL.
However, WWE personality Cathy Kelley had a different idea about who should win the vacant Women's World Championship. Taking to X/Twitter, Kelley sarcastically suggested that The Rock could win the title vacated by Ripley.
"hear me out… if we must crown a new Women’s World Champion:"

During the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2024 ceremony, late Boxing legend Muhammad Ali's wife, Lonnie, handed The Rock the People's Championship. On the fallout episode of RAW after WrestleMania XL, The Final Boss confronted Cody Rhodes, as the two superstars briefly exchanged their respective titles.
The Brahma Bull also hinted at going after Rhodes' Undisputed WWE Universal Championship once he returns from his hiatus.
Veteran wrestling journalist believes Rhea Ripley's injury would benefit Liv Morgan's heel turn
On the latest edition of WWE RAW, the injured Rhea Ripley was confronted by Liv Morgan moments after the former relinquished the Women's World Championship.
While speaking in an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's UnSKripted podcast, legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter suggested that Morgan would transition into a better heel and possibly win the vacant Women's World Championship.
"After she put the belt down and she said, you know, this is it. I have to go bye-bye into the sunset. Being a wrestling person and a journalist for so long, my first thing was, is this an angle? And I will tell you why. Because in my opinion, no matter how excellent everyone on the female roster is, if I am the person booking this, hottest person on the roster, there is no one there that can beat her. We can't put anyone in there to beat her. It has got to be like The Undertaker, undefeated, so to say... My take on this is this will make Liv Morgan even a better heel now, and she has gotta win the women's title. She's gotta be in this mix," Bill Apter said.
WWE has confirmed that a new Women's World Champion will be crowned on the upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW. Fans can expect Rhea Ripley to feud with the newly crowned champion once she returns from injury.
