Chad Gable issues ominous warning to WWE locker room
Chad Gable has had a roller coaster of a year on WWE RAW. The former Olympic grappler often finds himself in faction-heavy drama, and now those issues seem to be boiling over into chaos. Gable has just issued a warning and a very curious production of his own.
The White Knight of World Wrestling Entertainment kicked off the year with involvement in a top WrestleMania XL storyline but never made the lineup. After failing to capture the Intercontinental Championship, Gable turned heel and bullied his Alpha Academy stablemates. On the same night, Otis, Akira Tozawa, and Maxxine Dupri walked out on their former leader, Gable, who was attacked by The Wyatt Sicks in their debut. Otis refused a reunion with Gable, leaving him to face Uncle Howdy and his sinister friends until The Creed Brothers made the save. Ivy Nile joined them to form American Made.
Gable confronted Alpha Academy on Monday's RAW and spoke to Otis. The American Made leader plotted how to "kill his darlings" and decided to start with Akira Tozawa next week. Gable took to X today to reveal a vignette on his final chapter with Alpha Academy. He captioned the post with a warning about how he can no longer contain his rage.
"I have contained my rage for as long as possible," Chad Gable wrote with the video below.
Gable suffered three significant losses in the feud with The Wyatt Sicks. The group defeated Gable and The Creeds in a trios match, and three weeks later, Howdy made his in-ring debut with a singles win over Gable. Two weeks later, The Wyatts won a big eight-person Mixed Street Fight to end the rivalry.
Chad Gable set for WWE RAW match
Chad Gable will begin his final punishment for Alpha Academy on next Monday's WWE RAW. It's expected that this will lead to a pay-off with Gable vs. Otis for the first time.
Gable will face Akira Tozawa on Monday's taped RAW from Boston. SK Wrestling has full spoilers available from the tapings. This will be their first-ever singles bout as well.
Gable's last WWE TV match was a SmackDown loss to Cody Rhodes on December 6. The Minneapolis native confronted Cody in his hometown that night. Tozawa's last RAW singles bout was a loss to Bronson Reed on May 13.
