Chad Gable's segment criticized by WWE veteran as The Wyatt Sicks makes another appearance on RAW (Exclusive)
Chad Gable has consistently crossed paths with The Wyatt Sicks on Monday Night RAW. After being assaulted by the group backstage during its debut, Gable has been trying to avoid any potential interaction with Abby the Witch. This week, the masked figure showed up again, leading fans to wonder what she wants from the former Olympian. Vince Russo has now opened up about the angle.
On RAW, the former Alpha Academy leader faced Jey Uso in a singles match. Despite suffering a disappointing loss, Gable was much more worried about what happened after the contest. Abby the Witch showed up again to deliver another tape to the commentary team.
After the match, Gable demanded Adam Pearce take action against The Wyatt Sicks. On Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Vince Russo criticized the backstage interaction between Pearce and the former Tag Team Champion. He questioned why the RAW general manager was starting an investigation four weeks after The Wyatt Sicks attacked WWE personnel on RAW.
"I thought four weeks ago now, they killed everyone in the back, we're just starting an investigation now? Four weeks after? Now?" (1:01:11 - 1:01:22)
It will be interesting to see why the group is targeting the former Olympian. Will Gable eventually lock horns with The Wyatt Sicks' Uncle Howdy? Only time will tell.
