Charlotte Flair posts video with Ric Flair amid WWE absence

Charlotte Flair has just posted a video along with her father Ric Flair. This comes amidst her absence from WWE while she recovers from her injury.

Charlotte Flair is widely regarded as one of the greatest female WWE Superstars of all time. Since the time she joined the Stamford-based promotion, Flair has gone on to accomplish a lot. She is a multi-time Women's Champion who is on track to break her father Ric Flair's record of world title wins. However, this feat is currently on the back burner.

Last year, The Queen suffered a serious leg injury during her match against Asuka which has put her on the sidelines for several months. Charlotte has been doing everything possible to recover and return to the ring as soon as possible.

The 38-year-old is no stranger to having a good time and she took to her X (fka Twitter) account today to post a video of her and Ric Flair on a speedboat enjoying some father-daughter time.

"my happy place," Charlotte wrote in the caption.

Charlotte Flair teased a future match with Roxanne Perez

Roxanne Perez has been killing it on NXT ever since her heel turn. She has managed to recapture the NXT Women's Championship and has looked ruthless ever since.

This past week on the developmental brand, the 22-year-old cut a promo where she mentioned that Charlotte Flair had debuted on NXT 13 years ago and that she went on to break several records thereafter.

Flair didn't waste time in taking to social media to respond to the current champion and correct her by saying that it had actually been 11 years since her debut. She also teased a potential match against Perez down the line.

"You almost had it right. It’s been 11. But thank you! I really do have the best fans. Keep doing your thing. We will meet in the ring one day—I’m sure of it. #WWENXT," Charlotte Flair shared.
