Charlotte Flair provides a major update on her recovery after being out for 196 days

WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair has taken to social media to provide an update on her recovery. She's been sidelined with an injury for over six months now.

The 14-time women's champion suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus in December last year during a match against Asuka on the Tribute To The Troops episode of SmackDown. This prevented her from competing at Royal Rumble and WrestleMania XL.

Charlotte Flair recently took to Instagram to share that she had her first Biodex (isokinetic training) test on Thursday this week. She added that she needed to be in the 40% or less deficit for strength compared to her non-surgical leg. The Queen had 20% or less quad strength and in some of the measurements, she was stronger in her surgical leg.

"Today, was my first biodex (isokinetic training) test! I needed to be in the 40 percent or less deficit for strength compared to my non surgical leg….. I had 20 percent or less quad strength and in some of the measurements I was stronger in my surgical leg… I MISS YOU GUYS & can’t wait to lace my boots again!" she wrote.

Charlotte Flair wants to have a big match with Bianca Belair in WWE

The EST of WWE has been very vocal about wanting to share the ring with The Queen, as she's the only member of the Four Horsewomen that she has never beaten on a big stage.

During an appearance on the WWE World Panel during WrestleMania week, Charlotte Flair said that she also wants to share the ring with Bianca Belair. She also heaped praise on the SmackDown star.

"I really want that one-on-one moment with Bianca Belair. I really do. After Bianca, give it for Tiffany. I could not be more proud of her. Seeing her, watching her from home, watching her in Australia. She owns it. She’s going to be a big deal. First, Bianca and I, our history, her athleticism, I respect her so much as a talent. Bianca is the first opponent I would like to have a big stadium show with."

Charlotte Flair facing Bianca Belair on a big stage such as WrestleMania is something that many WWE fans would love to see.
