Charlotte Flair responds to claim that WWE fans care more about Becky Lynch's return than hers
Charlotte Flair has responded to a fan who brought up Becky Lynch in one of her recent tweets. The fan took a shot at The Queen and claimed that more people cared about Lynch's return than hers.
Last year, Flair got injured during a TV match against Asuka on SmackDown. She has been on the shelf since then, and her fans are anxiously waiting to see her make a big return to WWE TV in the near future.
Charlotte Flair occasionally posts photos of herself on her X/Twitter and Instagram handles. She recently shared a couple of pictures on X/Twitter, mentioning that fans wanted to know where she was at. A troll responded to the tweet and wrote that more viewers wanted to know when Becky Lynch was coming back. The Queen noticed the troll's post and had the following to say in response:
"Not as many as the people wondering why you even commented [emoji]."
Becky Lynch talks about her relationship with Charlotte Flair
Once the best of friends, Charlotte Flair and Lynch had a falling out, putting a dent in their relationship. While promoting her memoir, Lynch spoke with Cheap Heat earlier this year and opened up about mending fences with Flair.
“There’s just no point in that. We’ve lost some people in the last year, in the last few years, and it just reminds you how precious this life is and how special this thing that we’re doing is. We can have those disagreements. We can have those conflicts and rivalries, and we can not always see eye to eye in business, and that’s what makes business better when people feel like it’s real, but at the end of the day, you got to remind yourself what’s important.” [H/T: F4WOnline]
In May 2024, Lynch lost a Steel Cage match to Liv Morgan, and it ended up being her last outing on WWE TV. It was reported soon after that her contract had expired and she was a free agent. It's not known at this point whether Lynch will ever return to the global juggernaut.
