Charlotte Flair sends three-word message to 36-year-old WWE star
If absence makes the heart grow fonder, then a large section of WWE fans are truly missing Charlotte Flair. She has been rehabilitating ever since the injury she sustained in December 2023.
The Queen has regularly posted updates on social media on her health. Her latest message is directed at former Women's Tag Team Champion Kairi Sane, who celebrates her 36th birthday today.
Kairi Sane returned to WWE in November 2023, immediately joining Iyo Sky. Not long after, Asuka turned heel and Damage CTRL took shape as a force to be reckoned with, as Bayley slowly grew out of the faction she built from scratch. The Queen had a three-word message for Sane on the latter's birthday:
"Happy birthday, woman!" Charlotte Flair wrote.
Charlotte Flair's last match to date was against Asuka on SmackDown's Tribute to the Troops-themed episode, on December 8, 2023. Damage CTRL has since moved to RAW.
Kevin Nash says Charlotte Flair is the only legitimate threat to Nia Jax, The Irresistible Force comments
WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash praised Women's Champion Nia Jax for the latter's efforts in the past year. It was an organic rise for The Irresistible Force, who was once deemed a difficult person to work with. Nash feels that Jax has vastly improved and is a beautiful woman, who is hard to compete with. However, he noted that Charlotte Flair is a worthy challenger. Nia Jax begs to differ.
Speaking to Adrian Hernandez on Unlikely, Jax addressed the inevitable return of the 14-time World Champion. The Irresistible Force proclaimed that there is no way The Queen is adding another reign as long as she is champion:
"With Charlotte [Flair], you know, she's a 14-time Women's Champion. She's rehabbing faster after her ACL surgery. But I've been working hard for the last year while she's been sitting back and enjoying a little vacation. So, if she thinks she's coming back to take this title, I wish her all the luck. But it's definitely not happening," Jax said.
Nia Jax is presently on her first reign as Women's Champion since her WWE return in September 2023. It was announced by SmackDown GM Nick Aldis that either Bayley or Naomi will challenge her for the belt at Bad Blood on October 5. The two will wrestle next Friday to determine a new number-one contender.
