Charlotte Flair shares collage with female WWE Hall of Famer on special occasion

Charlotte Flair took notice of a collage made up of her picture alongside a very famous WWE Hall of Famer on social media. The Queen shared the post to celebrate the legend's birthday. July 24 is the birthday of Torrie Wilson.

Torrie Wilson joined the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019 for her work in World Wrestling Entertainment during the final years of the Attitude Era. She predominantly performed during the time period that followed, now known as the Ruthless Aggression Era. Wilson is best known as "THE Diva" as she was involved in several storylines that were not too focused on wrestling itself. Needless to say, she stood out for sheer entertainment value.

Taking to Instagram, Flair sent a 'Happy Birthday' message to Wilson. They are seen together posing at different venues. While the photos are old, it was rather a sweet gesture from one iconic woman to another from a different era.

The Queen was last seen on the December 8 episode of SmackDown in 2023. She is expected to return to in-ring competition shortly.

Charlotte Flair credits WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes for making a significant impact on her career

Unlike Torrie Wilson, Charlotte Flair is one of the names who changed the landscape of women's wrestling by repeatedly putting on exceptional in-ring performances. She was crowned the inaugural WWE Women's Champion, replacing the previously popular Divas Championship in 2016. In the years that followed, The Queen was part of some high-profile contests, including the first-ever women's WrestleMania main event in 2019.

Speaking to ESPN after WrestleMania XL in April 2024, Charlotte Flair opened up about Dusty Rhodes' influence on her personal career growth. On the grand stage this year, the late Hall of Famer's son Cody Rhodes won the Undisputed WWE Championship for the first time in his 18-year career. The Queen called it a very emotional moment:

"The reason I'm here today is partly because of how much Dusty believed in me," Flair said. "But just knowing what this moment means, I don't think his dad could have ever pictured this. I mean, pro wrestling is in Cody's blood. His mom holding the [Undisputed WWE Universal Championship], and the story, it's just a love story. I don't know how else to [describe that moment]. It's emotional."

Charlotte's last premium live event appearance was at Survivor Series: WarGames in 2023, where she joined Shotzi, Bianca Belair, and her real-life friend Becky Lynch in a winning effort against Damage CTRL inside the WarGames structure. Although she had issues with Lynch, the two made peace last year. The Man previously opened up about what made her want to bury the hatchet.
