Charlotte Flair won't win the WWE Women's Championship upon returning from injury, says major name

Charlotte Flair's absence from WWE TV can be felt as the blue brand's women's division has seemed weak since her hiatus in December 2023. Meanwhile, Nia Jax sent a bold message to The Queen, stating she won't win her title when she returns to the Stamford-based company.

Last year, Charlotte Flair got injured on an episode of Friday Night SmackDown and went on a hiatus. The Queen has remained away from television following her ACL surgery and there's no timetable on when she'll return to in-ring competition.

In an interview on Unlikley with Adrian Hernandez, the current WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax was asked about the 14-time Women's Champion. The Irresistible Force is aware of her caliber and accomplishments inside the square circle. However, Jax made a bold claim that Flair won't win her title whenever she returns.

"With Charlotte [Flair], you know, she's a 14-time Women's Champion. She's rehabbing faster after her ACL surgery. But I've been working hard for the last year while she's been sitting back and enjoying a little vacation. So, if she thinks she's coming back to take this title, I wish her all the luck. But it's definitely not happening," Jax said. [From 13:18 to 13:41]

Update on Charlotte Flair's WWE future

Last year, Charlotte Flair went on a hiatus from WWE in December as she got injured in a match against Asuka on Friday Night SmackDown. The Queen has previously taken time off, but her recent injury was severe.

After a successful surgery, Flair spent months training for an in-ring return to the Stamford-based company. However, there's an unfortunate update on the second-generation star's return to the promotion.

According to Fightful Select, there's no word on when Charlotte Flair will return to in-ring competition. The former RAW and SmackDown Women's Champion is not in the company's creative plans as of now.
