Chelsea Green calls out WWE ahead of RAW; takes shot at major star
Chelsea Green called out WWE following this past Friday's episode of SmackDown. The former champion is involved in a bitter rivalry with Michin on the blue brand.
Green defeated Michin on the September 6 edition of SmackDown in a singles match. The veteran followed it up with a loss to Giulia in her NXT debut match on the September 10 edition of NXT. Michin defeated Piper Niven this past Friday night, and Green attacked her rival after the match.
Niven and Green slammed Michin on top of a trash can this past Friday night, and WWE shared a video of the attack on Instagram today. The promotion also claimed Green and Niven's actions were "not cool," as seen in the post below.
Green reacted to the promotion's Instagram post and called out WWE by wondering if they let Michin write the caption.
"Did Michin write this stupid caption???" she wrote.
Piper Niven and Chelsea Green had an impressive reign as Women's Tag Team Champions last year.
Former WWE manager reacts to Chelsea Green's attack on SmackDown
Wrestling veteran Dutch Mantell shared his thoughts on Chelsea Green's post-match attack on Michin this past Friday night on SmackDown.
Mantell has made it known that he is a huge fan of Green's work in the past. Speaking on the latest edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk show, the legend reacted to Green's attack on Michin. He claimed that he liked the segment because Green was involved and added that he would be a fan of any segment that features her on television.
"I liked it because Chelsea was in it. Just put her out there, it can be a walk around and it would be good enough for me," Dutch Mantell said. [52:47 - 52:55]

Chelsea Green was moments away from winning the Money in the Bank Ladder Match earlier this year, but in the end, it was Tiffany Stratton who emerged victorious. It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for the veteran moving forward on SmackDown.
