Chelsea Green shares emotional message following Dumpster Match loss on SmackDown

Chelsea Green shared an emotional message following her loss this past Friday night on WWE SmackDown. The veteran lost to Michin (Mia Yim) in a Dumpster Match on this past Friday's edition of the blue brand.

Green defeated Michin on the September 6 edition of WWE SmackDown, but the 35-year-old got her revenge this past Friday night. Following the loss in the Dumpster Match, Green posted a new edition of Confessionals with Chelsea today and shared her emotional reaction to the loss.

"My family had to watch that. My sister, my mother, my father, my third, fourth, and fifth cousins. You saw it, they all laughed at me. Those sadistic, heartless, inhumane, barbaric behemoths! Please, please be human. I'm a good person. I do charity work, I feed the hungry. I clothe the naked. I cure the blind. I don't deserve this!" she said.

Former WWE writer claims Chelsea Green is the best part of SmackDown

Wrestling legend Vince Russo recently praised Chelsea Green and claimed she was the best part of WWE SmackDown.

Green came close to winning the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match earlier this year in Toronto, but it was not meant to be. The 33-year-old has never won a singles title in the company but captured the Women's Tag Team Championship last year with Sonya Deville. However, Deville suffered a torn ACL shortly after winning the titles, and Piper Niven replaced her as Green's tag team partner.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's BroDown on Backstage Pass, Russo spoke highly of Green and claimed she was the best part of the show. He added that Green should be competing for a title on SmackDown as well.

"The best part of the show, bro," Russo began. "I love Chelsea Green. I've made that known. I am a Chelsea Green mark. She clearly, clearly gets it. If you put that freaking belt [Women's Title] on Green, and they don't even have her in the picture, she would get over as a huge babyface, bro." [From 39:24 to 39:49]

Green has become quite popular among wrestling fans since her return to the company at WWE Royal Rumble 2023. It will be interesting to see what the promotion has planned for her moving forward on SmackDown following the Dumpster Match.
