CM Punk to end a feud "once and for all" in WWE, says veteran (Exclusive)
CM Punk has been brought to the forefront of WWE's active scene after his storyline with The Bloodline. According to a veteran, this is all a part of his plan to achieve a very specific goal.
The Second City Saint was recently seen helping out the OG Bloodline, at the behest of Paul Heyman. This, as many would have guessed, has indebted the Wiseman to Punk. Since CM Punk has made it quite clear that he is expecting a favor from Heyman down the line, fans are currently caught up in speculating what it could be. Wrestling veterans Bill Apter and Teddy Long also had their say in the matter.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine hosted by Mac Davis, Teddy Long stated the following on the topic, while warning others how "treacherous" Heyman could be.
"I have no idea. You know Heyman, he's always, he's treacherous and up to no good. And no telling what that favor will be but... It will work out for Paul Heyman," said Long. [11:00 onwards]
Veteran wrestling journalist Bill Apter also added his thoughts and felt The Best In The World possibly wanted a clash with Roman Reigns and needed Heyman to set it up.
"I think that CM Punk is going to tell Paul Heyman that he wants a match against Roman Reigns and to set it up. Because he wants to end it once and for all," said Apter. [11:22 onwards]

Another WWE veteran recently made a major claim about CM Punk
The Second City Saint has undoubtedly settled well in WWE since his return to the company at Survivor Series 2023. According to a veteran, he is never planning on joining AEW again in the future.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Outlaws, Vince Russo stated that Punk had been around a long time and he knows how things work in the business. He felt The Best in The World would never go back to AEW and so he will likely be on his best behavior in WWE until his retirement.
"No, I think he was around that company long enough and around Triple H long enough to know how it works. Listen, he is never going back to AEW. He knows this is it. So, he is going to be on his best behavior until he realizes it's the end of his road. So, no man, I don't think he is going to upset the apple cart," said Russo. [From 1:20 onwards]
As of now, it remains to be seen what is next for CM Punk down the line in WWE.
