CM Punk issues a serious statement to WWE fans following alleged incident: "Please stop this. Thank you."

WWE Superstar CM Punk recently delivered a much-needed reminder on an important matter. Based on his message, he seemingly faced an incident involving a fan at the airport.

Punk posted a long request to the WWE Universe on his Instagram stories, asking them to respect privacy and boundaries. The Best in the World reiterated that airports are not a meet and greet.

While it isn't known what exactly happened, CM Punk's statement may have described the potential incident:

"Hey guys! Love y'all, but friendly reminder to respect privacy and boundaries. Airports are not a meet and greet. If I have to ask you to please stop following me multiple times you have crossed a line. Please stop this. Thank you. (and stop using your children as a shield or an excuse)," wrote Punk.

Several WWE Superstars have had their privacy breached by rude fans at airports. Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Rey Mysterio, and others had similar issues recently, with footage of them available online.

CM Punk is set to return on WWE RAW

CM Punk's travels are taking him to Portland, Oregon, where this week's episode of WWE RAW will take place. He is set to make his return following Drew McIntyre's brutal beatdown two nights after Bash in Berlin. The Scottish Warrior sent The Best in the World to the hospital while destroying his precious bracelet.

This has led to one final bout between the pair being announced. McIntyre will face Punk inside Hell in a Cell at Bad Blood, with Adam Pearce making the announcement for the match on last week's episode of WWE RAW.

It will be interesting to see what CM Punk says about it. He may even get into a brawl with Drew McIntyre on the show as their issue continues to get even more personal.
