CM Punk takes a shot at second-generation 31-year-old WWE star, calls him "absurd"
While CM Punk has been healing his bruises from Drew McIntyre's brutal attack on last week's WWE RAW, he has taken a shot at 31-year-old talent recently. The Best in the World is known for being sharp with his words.
Punk marked his first victory in WWE, in over a decade, at WWE Bash in Berlin when he defeated Drew McIntyre in a brutal Strap match. However, on last week's edition of WWE RAW, the latter unleashed a brutal attack on the Best in the World, sending him to the hospital. Now, he has taken a shot at Lexis King.
During this week's episode of WWE NXT, General Manager Ava announced that Punk would appear on next week's edition of the show, and will make a huge announcement. Following that, the Best in the World uploaded a story on Instagram stating that NXT ruled.
In addition to that, he also added a picture of 31-year-old Lexis King, calling him "absurd." King is a second-generation star and the son of Brian Pillman.
"@nxt rules but this man absurd," wrote Punk.

CM Punk set to enter Hell in a Cell at Bad Blood
Following his win against Drew McIntyre at Bash in Berlin, the Best in the World tried to shift his focus to the World Heavyweight Championship. However, the Scottish Warrior's brutal attack on RAW established that both men had some unfinished business.
On this week's edition of WWE RAW, General Manager Adam Pearce confronted Drew McIntyre and announced that a third match in the McIntyre-Punk saga was made official for Bad Blood.
In addition to that, Pearce stated that this time, it would be a Hell in a Cell match, which would seemingly culminate their feud once and for all.
Time will now tell what happens when both McIntyre and Punk tear each other apart in the steel structure at WWE Bad Blood.
