Cody Rhodes alleges top WWE champion has faked major part of his look in cheeky dig; Bianca Belair: "It could look fake"
Reigning Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Bianca Belair recently jokingly discussed a top champion's 'fake' hair. The name in question is the current United States Champion, LA Knight.
After making a name for himself in different wrestling promotions, The Megastar finally re-signed a contract with WWE in 2021 and started performing for the company's developmental brand, NXT. Since jumping ship to the main roster, Knight has revamped his professional wrestling career due to his extremely likable gimmick on television.
The 41-year-old is currently one of the most popular wrestlers in WWE. He recently won the United States Title after defeating Logan Paul at SummerSlam.
Meanwhile, during a recent episode of What do you wanna talk about?, Cody Rhodes jokingly told Bianca Belair that he had convinced his friends that LA Knight wore a hairpiece.
Rhodes then mentioned that he knows they are Knight's natural hair, but The American Nightmare has his friends convinced that The Megastar's hair is fake.
"All this aside, I have them [my friends] completely convinced that LA Knight wears an elaborate hairpiece. [Bianca Belair laughs] Even though it's clearly, it should be clearly his hair. He's got great hair. Super handsome guy. But I've convinced them that's what you need—that Jackie and the hair makeup girls have it in a case just like Sean Connery's. It's very elaborate," he said. Bianca Belair added that the current WWE United States Champion's hair looked very healthy and fluffy, and hence, it might look fake to some people.
"I mean, honestly, in this day and age, it's very believable because it's [sic] a lot of things you can do to make the hair look like it's growing out of the head. So his [LA Knight] hair is very full and fluffy. It looks so healthy, it could look fake," Belair said. [7:37 - 7:51]

WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes cheekily told his friends about LA Knight's ''hairpiece'' in a group chat
During the same podcast, The American Nightmare revealed that he had a group chat with some of his friends who were struggling with hair fall.
Rhodes also mentioned that he does not need to worry about it as he has thick hair before revealing that he jokingly told his friends that LA Knight wears a hairpiece.
"I have a group chat with several men who are going bald. And part of it makes my day because I, and I mean this, I'm very unlikely to ever go bald. My grandfather had a full head of hair until, like, the very end; very thick hair. I think it's the exact same. My dad didn't go bald, so I don't think it's happening for me," he said. [6:23 - 6:44]
Many fans want LA Knight to have a substantial run as the United States Champion. It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for The Megastar's reign.
