Cody Rhodes says he is extremely scared of closing his eyes during the day; terrified of one thing

Cody Rhodes is in the middle of a strong run as Undisputed WWE Champion as he heads to SummerSlam. However, the star has admitted that he is terrified of one thing and has a fear that won't go away.

In his What Do You Want To Talk About? podcast, Cody Rhodes was joined by R-Truth. They spoke about several things including Rhodes' grudge against him. There were also several revelations, including something that the star is extremely scared of.

Among the various topics he discussed with R-Truth, Rhodes mentioned that there was something that he was terrified of. Truth asked him if he slept enough, and Cody Rhodes said that he didn't nap because he was terrified of sleeping during the day.

"I have not taken an adult nap ever. So naps is the big idea? I have a weird fear that if close my eyes during the day, someone's going to get me. I don't know what it is. I just have a weird fear that someone is going to jump on me. I've never taken an adult nap." [20:33 - 21:01]

R-Truth said that the secret to being a parent was to nap whenever possible and that it would revive him.


Cody Rhodes has finished his story, now he needs to establish himself in WWE

Rhodes has done what he set out to do when he arrived in WWE. He defeated Roman Reigns and became the Undisputed WWE Champion.

Now, it's up to the star to establish himself as the champion he needs to be. So far, he's defended his title against AJ Styles and done so successfully. Now, he's about to face Solo Sikoa in the face of overwhelming odds.

It's on Rhodes now to retain so that he can establish his legacy as not just winning a title, but retaining it and keep on going.
