Cody Rhodes' sibling breaks silence after major non-WWE announcement

Reigning Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes' sibling recently took to social media to send a message. The American Nightmare's sister, Teil Rhodes, broke her silence after her brother's major announcement.

Cody Rhodes has become one of the biggest babyfaces in World Wrestling Entertainment in recent years. The 39-year-old is currently at odds with Kevin Owens, who attacked him after he agreed to team up with Roman Reigns against The Bloodline at the Bad Blood Premium Live Event.

Many fans believe the Triple H-led creative team might book a match between Owens and Rhodes at Survivor Series: WarGames after KO brutally injured The American Nightmare's former Legacy stablemate, Randy Orton.

Cody Rhodes' sister, Teil, recently took to X/Twitter to send a message after her brother was announced as this weekend's College GameDay guest picker. In her tweet, Teil mentioned that their mother was extremely excited about Cody's appearance at College GameDay.

"The most excited Mama Rhodes has ever been," she wrote.

Former WWE writer believes Kevin Owens can dethrone Cody Rhodes

During a recent edition of the Wrestling with Freddie podcast, former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. said that he believed Kevin Owens was one of the top guys in the company at the moment.

Freddie also mentioned that he could see KO dethroning Cody Rhodes as the Undisputed WWE Champion and their feud could go on for a long time.

"If it's Kevin, they can make that go a long time. Kevin is a top dude. Kevin's a guy I could see winning the belt. We mentioned it going back and forth so many times you never wanna hear me say it again. So, I won't. But I could see it go back and forth," he said.
