Cody Rhodes taunts Kevin Owens moments before SmackDown

Cody Rhodes is set to defend his title against Kevin Owens at Saturday Night's Main Event. The American Nightmare has just poked the bear before SmackDown tonight.

When Cody Rhodes teamed with Roman Reigns at WWE Bad Blood, Kevin Owens made it clear that he was not happy his friend was teaming alongside someone who had tried to end his career on multiple occasions. As a result, Owens attacked The American Nightmare after the show, thereby turning heel in the process.

Randy Orton tried to sort things out between them but suffered collateral damage when The Prizefighter attacked him backstage. This feud ended tragically for The Viper, who was stretchered out of the arena after Owens hit him with a devastating Piledriver. Since then, Orton has not been seen on TV.

This attack has made Cody more frustrated, and the two men have said some harsh things to each other over the weeks. As tensions boil over, these two stars will lock horns at Saturday Night's Main Event this weekend.

However, Cody is hellbent on poking the bear ahead of their clash. He just took to social media moments before tonight's episode of SmackDown and posted a picture of an angry-looking Owens sitting in his car.
