"Come back soon" - Major WWE name opens up about his on-screen chemistry with Alexa Bliss
Alexa Bliss has been away from WWE, and many have longed to see The Five Feet of Fury return to the square circle. Recently, Braun Strowman spoke about his former partner and reminisced about their on-screen chemistry in the Stamford-based promotion.
In 2018, the company introduced a new concept called the WWE Mixed Match Challenge, which featured multiple intergender tag team matches with stars from the main roster. Even in defeat, Alexa Bliss and Braun Strowman came out as one of the most popular on-screen pairings from the show.
The two crossed paths on different occasions, but it all started during the Mixed Match Challenge. In a recent interview on WWE Deutschland, Braun Strowman recalled his on-screen chemistry with Little Miss Bliss. The 40-year-old star is excited to see her train and believes she'll come back soon.
"Oh, it was so much fun. I love Alexa. I'm excited as she's training and stuff. She's getting ready I believe to come back soon. Yeah, talking about that natural chemistry? She's one of the ones, as far as on-screen. Even in real life, we click. It's funny how we interact. We're brother and sister. It's fun and it's a good dynamic. Like I said, you see the size contrast, the difference in wrestling ability, technique, and all those other stuff between the two of us. It just made for really good TV," Strowman said.
After talking about their on-screen chemistry, the former Universal Champion teased the return of The Mixed Match Challenge.
"At the end of the day, it was a really cool time to say. They pretty much let us do what we wanted to do The Mixed Match Challenge. We were out there having a lot of fun. Who knows maybe we bring it back around. You never know," Strowman said. [From 16:50 to 17:42]

Alexa Bliss played an integral part in Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt's rivalry on WWE SmackDown
A few years after their successful pairing in The Mixed Match Challenge, the two crossed paths with Bray Wyatt on Friday Night SmackDown. The Eater of Worlds used The Five Feet of Fury in an illusion to distract The Monster Among Men.
Later, The Fiend attacked Alexa Bliss on Friday Night SmackDown to provoke the monster inside Braun Strowman. Unfortunately for Little Miss Bliss, the tactic worked, and The Monster Among Men turned heel.
In August 2020, the Universal Champion attacked Alexa Bliss and cemented his heel-turn heading into that year's Biggest Party of The Summer. This eventually led to Bliss' turn and her alliance with Bray Wyatt in the coming months.
