Congratulations to WWE Superstar Tommaso Ciampa
WWE SmackDown star Tommaso Ciampa delivered a heartfelt message on social media to celebrate an important anniversary. The veteran is currently in a tag team with Johnny Gargano on the blue brand known as #DIY.
Ciampa took to Instagram today to share a heartfelt message on his 11th wedding anniversary. He noted that he hired a painter to recreate one of his favorite photos from his wedding as a surprise gift for his wife. Ciampa shared a time-lapse video of the painting, and you can check it out in his Instagram post below.
"I reached out about two months ago to see if Rebekka was available to paint one of my favorite photos from our wedding day as a surprise gift. She did not disappoint! She even surprised us by sending along a Timelapse video of the entire painting process. We both love the painting so much! ❤️," he wrote.
The Bloodline defeated #DIY to become the WWE Tag Team Champions on the August 2 edition of SmackDown. Gargano and Ciampa recently vowed to win the titles back from Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa in the weeks ahead on the blue brand.
Former WWE star reveals what Tommaso Ciampa is like in real life
EC3 recently shared what Tommaso Ciampa was like in real life and noted that the former NXT Champion was a great person.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws show, EC3 praised Tommaso Ciampa as a person. He shared that they used to train together and added that the veteran is dedicated to his family.
"He's a hell of a guy. He's a super loyal and dedicated family man. He has got a great dry wit about him. We would train a lot at the 'dumps.' So he was one of the dumb boys where we'd really get after it and throw some weights around. Super-dedicated and super-focused on the work that he does and his craft, and he is just a loving father." Tommaso Ciampa is a two-time NXT Champion but has never won a singles title on WWE's main roster. It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for the 39-year-old moving forward on SmackDown.
