Congratulations to WWE Superstar Xavier Woods

Xavier Woods has been one of WWE's most consistent stars over the past few years. The 37-year-old has achieved a number of major accolades throughout his lengthy career.

The former King of the Ring winner recently took to social media to share the fact that he would be celebrating 20 years in the pro wrestling business this summer. In that time he had become one of the most recognizable names in the Stamford-based company, despite being the only member of The New Day never to have captured the World Championship.

Check out Woods' post below:

"This is the 20th summer that I have been in professional wrestling, this is my 20th year Anniversary" Woods claimed.

He then went on to note that he started wrestling straight out of college in 2004 and it had since been a major part of his life. The former Tag Team Champion initially made a name for himself in TNA before heading to New Japan Pro Wrestling in 2010 and WWE a few months later. Woods worked as a singles star and aligned himself with R-Truth in the early days of his career before The New Day was created in 2014.

Woods has been a member of The New Day for a decade, even though the group has been working as a duo in recent years following the neck injury to Big E. The duo recently stepped into a feud with Karrion Kross who has made it his mission to split up the longest-reigning tag team in history.

Xavier Woods is currently working with Karrion Kross on WWE RAW

Over the past few weeks, Karrion Kross and The New Day have had several confrontations which could come to a head this week when Kross takes on Kofi Kingston on WWE RAW.

The duo have been targetted by Kross' faction, The Final Testament, several times in recent weeks and Kross himself recently released a lengthy case study on Kingston ahead of the match.
