Congratulations to WWE Superstar Zelina Vega and her husband Malakai Black
WWE's Zelina Vega and Malakai Black may not work under the same umbrella, but the two are still considered one of the hottest couples in pro wrestling today. The LWO star recently took to social media to share a heartening update on her relationship with the Dutchman. Congratulations are in order for the two stars.
Vega and Black have mostly remained private about their romantic lives, but they tied the knot in 2018 and have been happily married ever since. During his time in WWE, Malakai Black and Queen Zelina kept their relationship a secret from the management. As a matter of fact, many people within WWE, including the CCO, Triple H, thought Zelina Vega was dating her former client Andrade.
Malakai Black and Zelina Vega worked briefly as rivals during their time in NXT. However, they never had the opportunity to work together either in NXT or on the main roster as The Dutch Destroyer was let go by WWE in 2021. Though his wife was also released from her contract a year before, she returned months later and hasn't looked back ever since. Meanwhile, Black joined All Elite Wrestling in 2021, where he has been thriving in the trios division alongside Buddy Matthews and Brody King as part of the House of Black.
Earlier today, Zelina Vega took to her X (formerly Twitter) handle to reveal that Malakai Black updated their wedding rings on Christmas Day and proposed to her again.

In another tweet, the RAW Superstar said that this was her best Christmas ever, confirming that she pledged to be Black's wife for the rest of her life. Hence, the congratulations are in order. Several fans also congratulate them on renewing their wedding vows.
Will Malakai Black return to WWE anytime soon?
In an interview with Gorilla Position, Zelina Vega addressed the possibility of Malakia Black returning to WWE.
Queen Zelina said she would like to work alongside her spouse and spend more time with him if he were to come back.
“It’s not a conversation that happens, but I think it’s something that, any time I can spend extra with my husband, it always makes me a happier person. We’ve been trying to build our dream house for three years, and we finally got to do that. Moving us two and our seven cats into that house recently in the past week or so has been crazy, so any moment that I get to spend with him extra would be just perfect. So I would love to be able to work alongside with him for sure again."
The House of Black leader has been stuck in limbo, especially since Cody Rhodes left AEW for WWE. Although he has captured the World Trios Championship alongside King and Matthews, he hasn't been booked in the main event scene since.
Will he return to the Stamford-based promotion upon the expiration of his contract? Only time will tell.
