Cora Jade sends warning after NXT Deadline determines Roxanne Perez's newest challenger

Roxanne Perez is set to defend her NXT Women's Championship to kick off 2025. Perez's best friend, Cora Jade, delivered a warning to Giulia, who won the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge at Deadline on Saturday.

Giulia outlasted Stephanie Vaquer, Zaria, Sol Ruca, and Wren Sinclair in the main event of Deadline at the Minneapolis Armory. She pinned Zaria in the final seconds of the match to become the Number One Contender for Perez's NXT Women's Championship.

In a post on X, fka Twitter, after the event, Cora Jade was confident about her best friend's chances of retaining the title. Jade praised all the competitors in the match before putting over Roxanne Perez as an unbeatable champion.

"The @WWENXT women's division put on one hell of a show tonight as always, but you’ll still never be good enough to beat my bestie!!!!!!! @roxanne_wwe #WWEDeadline," Jade tweeted.

NXT's first show of 2025 will be a special event, called New Year's Evil. Roxanne Perez has already defended the NXT Women's Championship once against Giulia at the brand's debut episode on The CW on October 1, with help from a returning Cora Jade. It will be interesting to see if Jade is going to be a factor in the upcoming match as well.

Roxanne Perez names the new Four Horsewomen of NXT

Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Bayley, and Sasha Banks were considered the original Four Horsewomen of NXT. They helped pave the way for the next generation of women's wrestlers in WWE, changing the landscape of the company forever.

Speaking on In The Kliq podcast last month, Roxanna Perez revealed that there might be a new Four Horsewomen of NXT now. Perez is part of the latest batch of female WWE Superstars taking over the developmental brand and seems ready for the move to the main roster.

"It would be me, Cora Jade, Stephanie Vaquer, and Giulia. I feel like we're a little alike in different ways, in the same way being that we have always wanted to be a part of the WWE since we were young, we put in those years, those 1,000 hours to become great, and now we're able to be a part of the greatest women's division in the world, and I think that that has a lot to do with us four women," Perez said. The NXT women's division might be the deepest women's roster in the world today, led by Roxanne Perez, Cora Jade, Stephanie Vaquer, and Giulia. Kelani Jordan, Sol Ruca, Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, Zaria, Lola Vice, Jaida Parker, and many more also have the potential to become stars on the main roster.
