Current champion fakes an injury on WWE SmackDown; gets defeated by Bayley

On the latest episode of WWE SmackDown, Bayley collided with Candice LeRae in a singles match. The Poison Pixie tried to fein an injury during the bout, but it didn't work this time.

Last week on the blue brand, The Role Model and Naomi teamed up to take on Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell in a tag team match, which they won. That was Hartwell's last match in the company before she was released from her contract.

On SmackDown this week, Bayley took down the WWE Speed Women's Champion with a clothesline and hit her with a few strikes. She delivered another clothesline and drove The Poison Pixie to the turnbuckles. She then sent Candice LeRae face-first into the ropes and slammed her on the mat for a two-count.

During the match, Candice tried to fake an injury, and Bayley acted like she was looking away. LeRae charged towards the Role Model, but the latter immediately covered her and got the three-count.

Later on during the show, Candice LeRae interfered in the tag team match between Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill against Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton. She pushed Belair off the top rope, but Naomi came out and attacked her at ringside.
