Current WWE Champion was "mentally more comfortable in AEW," feels Bully Ray
Becoming a WWE champion is clearly regarded as reaching the pinnacle of the sports entertainment industry, regardless of the champion's past. However, being a WWE champion brings a lot of pressure and responsibility for the superstars.
Several AEW names have made their way to the Stamford-based company lately, including Jade Cargill. As half of the Women's Tag Team Champions, she has been pretty dominant over the entire roster and has been showcased as one of the company's top stars.
However, Bully Ray feels there is a massive problem with Cargill. On a recent edition of the Busted Open podcast, the veteran felt that the Tag Team Champion had been "mentally" more comfortable in her previous company, AEW. He added it was evident that Cargill thought about her next move during her matches, and this could be easily spotted.
"I thought about this the other night. Here's my take on Jade: I think Jade was mentally more comfortable in AEW. There's, I think, a lot more pressure on her in WWE – the pressure of, she came over, she came over with what is it called, high expectations. Yes, she's doing well. She's got everything you need to have to become a megastar there, but when she moves, yes, I see her thinking," said the Hall of Famer. [19:39 onwards]
Will we see Jade Cargill vs Bianca Belair at WWE WrestleMania?
Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair have been dominating the women's tag team division for some time now. The women have incredible chemistry and are dubbed two of the most talented females on the roster.
Fans have been anticipating a match between the two for months now. A potential betrayal from either of the two women could lead to a massive WrestleMania-caliber match. The WWE Universe will have to wait and see what Triple H has in store for them.
