Dakota Kai moved to tears just days after emotional outburst over WWE booking

WWE Superstar Dakota Kai recently took to social media to react after her emotional outburst over her current booking in the Stamford-based promotion. After returning from injury in March 2024, Kai has not had the best of time on the main roster.

She has only wrestled in a few singles matches on television but has not won any of them. The 36-year-old WWE star has also competed alongside her Damage CTRL teammates but they haven't had much luck since Bayley's departure.

During a recent Twitch stream, Dakota Kai showed her frustration over her current booking in the Stamford-based promotion. The former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion also broke down in tears.

Now Kai has taken to her Instagram stories to react to some encouraging messages she received from fans. The Damage CTRL member seemingly teared up again as she reacted with only crying emojis.

Dakota Kai is set to compete in a Triple Threat Money in the Bank qualifying match against Ivy Nile, and Zoey Stark on the upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW. It will be interesting to see what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for The Damage CTRL member's future.


Dakota Kai wants to have her moment as a singles competitor at WWE Money in the Bank

Dakota Kai recently took to X/Twitter to send a message ahead of her Triple Threat Match against Ivy Nile and Zoey Stark. Kai wrote that she has yet to have her moment as a singles star and vowed to make it happen at the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event.

"I’ve yet to have my moment as a solo competitor on a PLE. I really think it’s about time we make that happen," Kai wrote.

It remains to be seen who will come out on top to qualify for the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder match on this week's episode of WWE RAW.
