Dakota Kai reacts to WarGames press conference mistake with three-word message
Dakota Kai shared a hilarious reaction to a mistake made at the press conference following the WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. Kai is currently a member of Damage CTRL alongside IYO SKY, Kairi Sane, and Asuka.
IYO SKY competed in the Women's WarGames Match last night at Survivor Series, and her team picked up the victory after Rhea Ripley pinned Liv Morgan. The Genius of the SKY won a Battle Royal last month to become the number one contender for the Women's World Championship.
During the press conference following the premium live event last night, SKY was asked who would have her back in her rivalry with Morgan, as the 30-year-old has The Judgment Day on her side. SKY hilariously noted that she was a member of Damage CTRL, and Dakota Kai reacted by suggesting people must have forgotten about the faction.
"They must’ve forgot đŸ˜‚," Kai wrote.
Kai suffered a torn meniscus earlier this year but returned to RAW last month. The veteran defeated Ivy Nile in a singles match during a recent edition of Main Event.
Former WWE writer mocks Dakota Kai's return to RAW
Wrestling legend Vince Russo recently mocked Dakota Kai's return to WWE RAW and noted the lack of significance to her return from hiatus.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW show, Russo sarcastically reacted to Kai's return to the red brand last month. The veteran joked that he had been waiting for months for the Damage CTRL star to return and claimed that he was dancing around his living room when she appeared on television.
"The huge return of Dakota Kai! We've been waiting for months and months and months. There was backstage. Backstage, we had Damage CTRL, and they joined for the big reunion. I jumped out of my seat. I was dancing around the living room." [From 8:45 onwards]

Damage CTRL's IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley seemingly mocked Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan following their victory last night in the Women's WarGames Match at Survivor Series: WarGames. It will be interesting to see what the promotion has planned for Kai in the weeks ahead on WWE RAW.
