Damian Priest, Charlotte Flair, Bobby Lashley, and others react to former WWE champion's emotional personal post

Several current and former WWE personalities Including Damian Priest, Charlotte Flair, and Bobby Lashley recently took to social media to react to former NXT Women's Champion Mandy Rose's personal post. The 34-year-old sent an emotional message after getting married.

After appearing in WWE's reality competition show, Tough Enough, Mandy Rose signed a contract with the Stamford-based promotion. She started performing for the company's developmental brand, where she made a huge name as the NXT Women's Champion. Her 413-day title reign was ended by Roxanne Perez and Rose was unfortunately released from her contract in 2022.

Mandy Rose recently took to Instagram to send a message after marrying former WWE star Tino Sabbatelli on November 2, 2024.

Former WWE star Mandy Rose was skeptical about her in-ring return

During an edition of her Power Alphas with Mandy and Sabby podcast, Mandy Rose mentioned that she was unsure about a proper in-ring return.

Rose also stated that she had a lot of things going on in her personal life and was doubtful if wrestling would make sense for her at the moment.

"Whether or not I am going to be getting back [in the ring], I still don’t have an answer right now. Did I get the itch? I do have the itch a little bit. I have a lot of things going on right now. For me, right now, the biggest thing is [that] it has to make sense for me. And not just financial sense. It has to make sense in the aspect of, 'Is this really what I want to do? Do I really want to put my body through it all physically?' The traveling," she said.

Mandy Rose has not stepped inside the squared circle for a wrestling match since her release from WWE in 2022. It will be interesting to see what the former NXT Women's Champion has planned for her future in pro wrestling.
