Damian Priest confirms major character change on WWE RAW; new alliance hinted
Damian Priest was betrayed by his own friend at WWE SummerSlam when Finn Balor stepped in to put Gunther's foot on the bottom rope and prevent Priest from picking up the win following South of Heaven.
Balor was clearly out to make a point, and this week on RAW, Priest wanted to fight his former friend. He also pointed out that he now had a much bigger family and referred to the WWE Universe.
Priest officially turned face as Balor unveiled the new Judgment Day, which doesn't include the former World Champion anymore. Instead, Balor, Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, and Carlito now make up the new group, who have seemingly been planning a change for a while.
As of writing, it's unclear where Rhea Ripley now fits into this story since The New Judgment Day is seemingly accommodating Liv Morgan, and Ripley is no longer seen as the leader.
Ripley was betrayed by Dominik Mysterio at SummerSlam and left in tears, but the former Women's Champion is now also considered a babyface, which means that it's likely she will link up with Damian Priest if they are looking for revenge on their former friends.
It remains to be seen where the story for The New Judgment Day goes in WWE and whether Priest and Ripley will be able to get revenge.
