Damian Priest involved in major project outside WWE

Damian Priest is one of the top stars in the WWE. Hence, it should come as no surprise that he would be involved in a project outside the company.

Ever since his arrival on the main roster, Priest has proven himself to be one of the top stars in the company. He stepped it up a notch after joining Judgment Day and won the Money in the Bank briefcase.

Priest then managed to successfully cash in his briefcase to become the new World Heavyweight Champion. Although the last few months haven't gone his way since he was kicked out of Judgment Day after Finn Balor betrayed him, Priest is still one of the most popular guys on the roster.

Damian Priest is also a big fan of baseball. He recently narrated the hype video for the New York Yankees' journey to the World Series.

"With a battle-tested team full of tenacity, swag, power. All rise in a sport that is fueled by the moments, in a home that comes alive by those that fill it, in a world defined by its grit, in a concrete jungle filled with ferocious cats? In a city like no other. What is it going to take? Everything!"

During his visit, New York Yankees catcher Jose Trevino honored Priest by presenting him with a custom legacy WWE Title belt and jersey. Priest also got to meet Juan Soto and Aaron Judge. The latter even gifted Priest one of his bats.

“I’m a big fan our yours,” Priest told Judge. “I was just talking about you, the way you carry yourself, and the way you represent this team is beautiful.”
