He has successfully defended the title against Jey Uso, McIntyre, and Seth Rollins.

Bill Apter expects a classy match between Damian Priest and Gunther

At the upcoming SummerSlam Premium Live Event, Damian Priest will defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine, Bill Apter stated that he expects a "classy match" between Priest and Gunther.

"These two have been competing against each other in Europe and indies for about 10 or 11 years," Apter stated. "They were both chunky guys. They didn't look anything like they do now. So what do I expect? I expect a classy match, even though on Monday Night RAW when that ran it seemed like the usual confrontation," he said.
