Dominik Mysterio accidentally helps Liv Morgan retain her title on RAW

Liv Morgan defended her Women's World Championship on this week's WWE RAW. Her title defense was successful, thanks to Dominik Mysterio.

Ever since Liv Morgan returned from injury, she has been on a revenge tour to win the Women's World Championship. She finally accomplished this task by defeating Becky Lynch at King and Queen of the Ring 2024, thanks to some accidental help from Dominik Mysterio.

However, Morgan has been hell-bent on taking Dominik away from Rhea Ripley as part of her revenge tour. She has been flirting with and even kissed him a couple of weeks ago. Morgan has inserted herself in Judgment and has even proved herself useful by helping Finn Balor and JD McDonagh recapture the tag titles last week.

However, this didn't please Damian Priest, who has asked Dominik to handle Liv for quite some time now. Tonight on the red brand, Liv defended her title against Zelina Vega. During the match, Dominik came out to the ringside, and soon after, Rey Mysterio came out. Midway through the match, Rey shoved Dominik to the ground. This caused Liv to kick Rey. Zelina Vega saw the opportunity and hit the 619 on her opponent and followed it with the DDT, but she still couldn't get the win.

Dominik then grabbed a steel chair and passed it to Vega in the ring. However, Vega hit him in the face with the chair instead. This allowed Morgan to hit the ObLIVion for the win.

While the champion was ecstatic after the win, Dominik Mysterio was clearly upset over the result. It remains to be seen what this means for Liv and The Judgment Day.
