Dominik Mysterio loses to veteran star for the 7th time in four years after SmackDown goes off the air

Dominik Mysterio made an appearance on the tapings for the November 1 episode of SmackDown that immediately followed the epic episode on November 25. He also participated in a dark match, where he lost to a veteran star for the 7th time in four years. This was against The Visionary, Seth Rollins.

"Dirty" Dominik Mysterio had a very interesting SmackDown appearance, with one female star even teasing taking him from Liv Morgan just as she took Dominik from Rhea Ripley. We won't go further into the details but if you want to know how things played out, you can see the spoiler here.

After SmackDown went off the air, Seth Rollins defeated Dominik Mysterio in a dark match - marking his seventh win over "Dirty" Dom in over four years.

However, one can only imagine that it was a good match. It was Seth Rollins who gave Dominik his in-ring debut at SummerSlam 2020 and the young Dominik apparently impressed everyone - including Vince McMahon, who told him that very few people can get a reaction like he did on his debut. And this was during the days without the crowds and that probably makes it even more impressive.

The dynamic between them has changed drastically since then as Dominik is no longer the helpless young kid while Seth Rollins is no longer the ruthless villain he once was.

Dominik has been featured in several dark matches - usually always on the losing end, sending the fans home happy.
