Dominik Mysterio makes surprising real-life personal revelation; his family suffered same problem

WWE Superstar Dominik Mysterio recently made a surprise reveal about himself. He claimed his family has also suffered from the same problem.

Over the past several months, the former NXT North American Champion has made several changes to his appearance on WWE television. After growing a mullet, the 27-year-old Judgment Day member also grew a mustache. However, Dirty Dom never grew a beard. In a recent interview with The Chet Buchanan Show, he explained why.

When asked for mustache tips, Dominik stated that his mustache grew thick and dark due to being of Mexican heritage. Meanwhile, he revealed that he couldn't grow a full beard, pointing out that the same problem runs in the family.

"I mean, the best thing I can tell you is being a Latino because being Mexican. I don't grow, like I can't grow a full beard because it's patchy and it's not, I don't know, something about me and my family; we can't grow full beards. But the mustache, being Mexican, the mustache comes in thick and dark. And people didn't believe me. They thought I was coloring it. They thought it was fake. But it's all natty, baby," he said. Dominik Mysterio commented on why the WWE Universe hates him

The former NXT North American Champion is currently one of the most hated superstars on the roster. The 27-year-old could barely speak on the mic during WWE shows, as fans would loudly boo him.

In a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet on Insight, Dominik Mysterio addressed why fans hate him. He claimed they were jealous of him.

"Other than jealousy, because I'm good-looking, have the best hair, best mustache, basically breed champions, and I have the best Women's World Champion by my side, Liv Morgan, of course. So I can understand why people are jealous. I don't get why they hate me. I've never done anything to them. They're civilians," he said.

Dominik Mysterio and his on-screen girlfriend, the Women's World Champion Liv Morgan, are currently engaged in a heated feud with Rhea Ripley on RAW. Last Monday, The Eradicator got her hands on her onscreen ex-boyfriend before Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez saved him. It would be interesting to see how this rivalry will end.
