Dominik Mysterio sends three-word message ahead of WWE RAW
Dominik Mysterio shared a three-word message ahead of tonight's episode of WWE RAW in Texas. The 27-year-old is a member of the new version of The Judgment Day faction after betraying Rhea Ripley at WWE SummerSlam.
Dirty Dom was ringside for the Women's World Championship match between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley at the Premium Live Event last weekend. He got involved in the match and helped Morgan retain the title. Mysterio then shared a kiss with Morgan after the match, marking the end of his storyline relationship with Ripley. The former NXT North American Champion took to social media ahead of tonight's show to share a three-word message and a photo with Liv Morgan.
"I love Mondays…😈," he wrote.
Finn Balor also betrayed Damian Priest at SummerSlam and cost his former stablemate the World Heavyweight Championship. The new Judgment Day on RAW features Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, Carlito, and JD McDonagh.
WWE personality reacts to Dominik Mysterio betraying Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam
Wrestling personality Peter Rosenberg recently discussed Rhea Ripley getting emotional after Dominik Mysterio betrayed her at SummerSlam.
Speaking on his Cheap Heat podcast, Rosenberg suggested Ripley was upset because she felt like Liv Morgan was taking her place. He noted that Ripley and Mysterio had become real-life friends during their storyline relationship on WWE television.
"I literally, she was so emotionally affected by the end of this story. To see A. how much she loves it and lives it, but also, you know, I think, and that's why I feel comfortable saying it, she speaks very openly and publicly about what those guys mean to her because her family is in Australia. So, Dominik really has become this important fixture in her life. So, while she's sitting there crying in the ring because Dom is walking off with Liv, while she is not in love with the guy playing Dominik Mysterio on TV, she really is crying because someone is really taking her role," he said.
