Dominik Mysterio, Solo Sikoa, Gunther, and other WWE stars spotted breaking character on the Japan Tour

Dominik Mysterio, Solo Sikoa, Gunther, and other WWE stars were spotted out of character on the recent Japan Tour. Many stars were part of trip to Japan and seemingly enjoyed their journey, as seen in a photo dump courtesy of JD McDonagh.

It was a star-studded affair as crowds packed into the Edion Arena to see their favorites perform for them in a series of shows in Japan. However, house events are also a chance for WWE stars to let loose in the ring away from live cameras and enjoy themselves outside of their duties as an in-ring performer, as evident from JD McDonagh's picture from the trip.

The Judgment Day member posted several pictures of his trip down to Japan on Instagram that showcased him hanging out with several WWE stars. Fans got a glimpse into superstars out of character as the pictures showed Solo Sikoa smiling in a restaurant and enjoying his time hanging out with Damian Priest and Dominik Mysterio. One picture also showed Gunther being around JD, which is unusual considering the former's dislike of the group and its members on WWE RAW.

Gunther, Dominik, and other WWE stars performed at SuperShow in Japan

The Japanese WWE fans were treated to many standout matches and moments as they showed up for the multiple shows in the country as part of the tour. The company always makes sure to give the fans a show to remember when they head to Japan and this time was no different.

The duo of JD McDonagh and Finn Balor of Judgment Day would put their tag team titles on the line against The New Day and come out on top in Osaka, with Dominik facing a loss in an IC Title match against Sami Zayn. Gunther also performed in Japan, having a standout singles match against Rey Mysterio, with the former also reuniting with his storied rival, Daisuke Sekimoto, in Tokyo.

Surprise appearances from the likes of Asuka and Meiko Satomura transpired as both superstars returned from their hiatus. Satomura would demand a title shot from Bayley that would take place in Tokyo, however, she failed to achieve her goal of becoming champion.
