Drew McIntyre breaks character to praise major WWE star
Drew McIntyre is looking forward to WWE Money in the Bank in Canada, as he's set to compete in a qualifier match on the go-home edition of Monday Night RAW. Meanwhile, he broke character to praise Seth Rollins and stated he respects The Visionary.
Drew McIntyre came very close to winning the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash of the Castle, but CM Punk cost him the gold again. However, The Scottish Warrior did fulfill the prophecy of winning a World Title in front of fans when he defeated Seth Rollins in Philadelphia at WrestleMania.
Sadly, the star shifted his attention to CM Punk, which eventually became the reason behind losing the title to Damian Priest. During an interview with WrestleManiac UK, McIntyre opened up about defeating Seth Rollins at The Grandest Stage of Them All and broke character to praise The Visionary.
"Everything was perfect until it wasn't. I won the title with live fans there at WrestleMania in front of my fans, but also my family, who traveled to be there my wife in the front row, my brother in the front row. But, I got to have a special moment with Seth Rollins. One of my top opponents, even though we don't always see eye to eye, we have that respect there," McIntyre said. [From 00:30 to 00:53]

Drew McIntyre recently returned to WWE after quitting on Monday Night RAW
Clash at the Castle in Scotland was supposed to be a defining moment in Drew McIntyre's career, as he was moments away from winning the World Heavyweight Championship from Damian Priest.
Unfortunately, CM Punk ruined his plans and embarrassed the star in Scotland. On Monday Night RAW after the event, Drew McIntyre quit WWE and walked out of the show.
Sadly for CM Punk, it was all a rouse and The Scottish Warrior decimated The Second City Saint in Chicago on Friday Night SmackDown. The 39-year-old star made a statement out of Punk in his hometown for fans to witness.
After the massacre of Punk on WWE SmackDown, Drew McIntyre returned to WWE RAW. He will now compete in an MITB qualifying match against Sheamus and Ilja Dragunov on the upcoming edition of the red brand.
