Drew McIntyre makes major career announcement
Former World Heavyweight Champion Drew McIntyre recently shared a major announcement on social media amid his suspension from WWE. The Scottish Warrior revealed inking a deal with a talent agency.
Drew McIntyre had an excellent start to the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event, winning the coveted ladder match. Later on in the show, he tried to cash in his contract to win the World Heavyweight Championship for the second time. However, CM Punk appeared out of nowhere to attack the 39-year-old, allowing Damian Priest to pin the latter and retain his title.
After the premium live event ended, Drew McIntyre sabotaged the post-show panel. RAW General Manager Adam Pearce tried to intervene and pull a visibly frustrated McIntyre away from the desk, only to be at the receiving end of an elbow. It resulted in The Scottish Warrior getting suspended with immediate effect and also being fined heavily.
The former WWE Champion was absent from the recent edition of Monday Night RAW. However, in a recent X/Twitter update, McIntyre revealed he'd signed a deal with talent management company Paradigm. The company is already associated with several stars, including CM Punk, Damian Priest, and Tiffany Stratton.
"'When one door closes…' Since I’m officially suspended by @WWE, I’ll be looking forward to exploring new opportunities," he wrote.

Drew McIntyre quit WWE earlier this year, only to return within a week
Drew McIntye's rivalry with CM Punk escalated after the Scotsman injured Punk at the Royal Rumble. The two have yet to face each other but have been involved in several well-written segments. The Best in the World has cost McIntyre the World Championship on several occasions.
The Second City Saint attacked Drew at WrestleMania XL, which allowed Damian Priest to cash in his Money in the Bank contract and dethrone the latter. Punk then appeared as a referee and once again cost McIntyre at Clash at the Clash. After failing to win the title match in his home country, The Scottish Warrior announced that he was quitting on the following RAW.
Drew McIntyre, however, showed up on the following SmackDown in Chicago to attack CM Punk in the parking area. The Chosen One returned to RAW next week to take more shots at the former AEW star.
RAW General Manager Adam Pearce has invited McIntyre to the red brand next week to discuss the issues. It will be interesting to see if the Scotsman will finally be able to take his revenge on The Best in the World.
