Drew McIntyre responds to Triple H's message following WWE Money in the Bank victory

Drew McIntyre's road to redemption began at the Money in the Bank premium live event. Triple H sent out a tweet to congratulate the former WWE Champion and now, he has responded to the message.

The Scottish Warrior won the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XL. However, his title reign ended within six minutes when Damian Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase after CM Punk attacked the Scotsman. Since then, McIntyre has been on his journey of redemption to win back the title.

At Money in the Bank, Drew McIntyre beat five other WWE Superstars to win the coveted briefcase. Towards the end of the match, it looked like Jey Uso was walking out of the premium live event with the victory, but McIntyre's agility proved to make the difference as he toppled Jey and clinched the MITB briefcase.

WWE CCO Triple H took to X to congratulate McIntyre, and the latter responded to address his victory:

"I told you... remember what I said #MITB," wrote McIntyre.

The Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match kicked off the premium live event. Drew McIntyre's victory early on in the show opens the possibility of him cashing in on either Cody Rhodes or Damian Priest, as both champions will be in action later tonight. It will be interesting to see whether McIntyre capitalizes on his opportunity sooner rather than later.
