Drew McIntyre sends message ahead of Hell in a Cell match at Bad Blood
Drew McIntyre is set to compete in one of the biggest matches of his career at Bad Blood on October 5. Ahead of this match, he has sent a message about his opponent.
McIntyre and CM Punk have been feuding since the 2024 Royal Rumble. Their rivalry has only grown more intense and personal with each passing week.
It all started when The Scottish Warrior started mocking Punk after injuring him at the Royal Rumble. Punk remained quiet until WrestleMania 40 when Drew got in his face after winning the World Heavyweight Championship. As a result, The Straight Edge Superstar attacked him, allowing Damian Priest to successfully cash in on him.
Over the next few weeks, CM Punk would get the better of McIntyre every time he had the chance to win the World Title. This resulted in Drew brutalizing Punk and stealing his bracelet with his wife and dog's name.
The two men have faced each other twice with each man winning one match. However, this did little to settle their feud as Drew attacked Punk a couple of weeks ago and broke his bracelet. Now, they will face each other in a Hell in a Cell match at Bad Blood.
Ahead of their match, The Scottish Warrior took to social media to send a message about his opponent.
"Just one more fight and he’ll be history…," Drew McIntyre wrote.

Tommy Dreamer believes that Drew McIntyre could turn babyface at Bad Blood
Over the past year, Drew McIntyre has established himself as one of the biggest heels in the company. He has elevated his game to the next level in this feud with CM Punk. However, wrestling legend Tommy Dreamer believes that Drew's run as a heel might end soon.
Speaking on Busted Open After Dark, Tommy Dreamer said he believes that the winner of the Hell in a Cell match could get a World Title match against Gunther. He also said that if Drew wins the match, he could turn babyface to face The Ring General.
"Would I give it to CM Punk? Yes, I would. But like I said, if CM Punk wins, then I think he has to go towards a world title. If CM Punk loses, it's hard to justify giving him a world title shot. So then do you go with Drew? Because I mean, Drew and Gunther would be next level, but then you're pretty much turning one of your biggest heels babyface, which Drew can actually do."
It will be interesting to see who will come out on top in this rivalry between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk.
