Dudley Boyz reunite during WWE return after 8 years; top star put through a table

The Dudley Boyz returned to WWE after eight long years. The duo was last seen together in the promotion on the RAW after SummerSlam 2016. This week, D-Von and Bubba Ray were involved in a segment with a top star.

Since arriving in WWE, Ethan Page has been treated as a top name. He was immediately put into the main event spot, and it didn't take long for him to win the NXT Championship. Although his reign didn't last long, Page still found himself in the title picture.

Ethan Page was recently challenged for the title at NXT Halloween Havoc but came up short. Following the match, Ridge Holland and Page attacked Trick Williams. WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley came to the ring to make the save.

Last week on NXT, Trick offered Bubba the chance to team up tonight, which he initially rejected but later accepted. Tonight, Trick and Bubba competed against Ethan and Ridge. The match ended with Ridge getting the pinfall win over Trick.

After the match, Page and Ridge attacked Trick, but Bubba made the save. When Trick went to find a table, none were under the ring. D-Von then came out with a table and sent it in the ring. Bubba and Trick sent Ethan Page through the table to end the segment.

With this pinfall over Trick Williams, Ridge Holland will probably find himself in the NXT Title picture.
