"I didn't go there to get cussed at" - former WWE manager comments on his experience with Vince McMahon (Exclusive)
Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell recently spoke about his experience working with Vince McMahon.
Mantell appeared on WWE TV as Zeb Colter between 2013-16. He managed several WWE stars of the time, including Jack Swagger, Alberto Del Rio and Cesaro. Mantell was over with the fans because of his 'We the People' gimmick.
Dutch Mantell was on this week's episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk where he spoke about his run-ins with WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon. He mentioned that McMahon held him in high regard because of his experience in the business.
Here's what Mantell had to say about the WWE Chairman:
''This is my experience with Vince. I was over with Vince becuase of the years of history. I started back when he started basically. And he read my name through the years and when I got there, he was just like, 'Well he's an old-timer.' No, he never reamed me out, never. He was always very nice and very professional with me. Always. And I thank him for that. Because one good reaming and I would have walked out the door. I didn't go there to get cussed at. I'd stay home than take that s**t." (from 1:06:37 onwards)

Vince McMahon could be at ringside during Austin Theory vs. Pat McAfee
This week on SmackDown Pat McAfee and Austin Theory got into a brawl at ringside when Theory slapped off McAfee's headset once again.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter had earlier reported that WWE was planning to have Vince McMahon involved in the matchup in some capacity. There were possible plans of it being a two-on-one handicap match, but WWE could also look at having Vince McMahon at ringside observing the bout.
WrestleMania 38 will emanate from the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX on April 2 and April 3.
