Ex-WWE champion shares Becky Lynch's inspiring advice
Becky Lynch has not stepped between the ropes in WWE since May 2024. Meanwhile, her former rival and one-time NXT Women's Champion, Lyra Valkyria, shared a valuable lesson she learned from The Man.
In 2023, Lynch defeated Tiffany Stratton on the white-and-gold brand to capture the NXT Women's Title. However, Big Time Becks' reign as champion was short-lived as Valkyria dethroned her, claiming her first-ever singles title in World Wrestling Entertainment.
On a recent episode of the Casual Conversations with The Classic podcast, Lyra Valkyria was asked if the former WWE Women's World Champion had offered her any advice on the differences between NXT and the main roster.
The 27-year-old former champion shared that she is inspired by Becky Lynch's advice to embrace one's individuality and confidence. Valkyria appreciates The Man's encouragement and feels motivated by her unique qualities being recognized.
"Becky's [Lynch] biggest thing is always like embracing who you are and being confident in what you bring to the table and her telling me to be confident in what I bring to the table and feeling like what she sees what I bring to the table, obviously inspires me and motivates me a lot," she said. In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter, WWE legend Hulk Hogan observed that while Becky Lynch is a formidable force, she might face challenges balancing her career and personal life.
