Ex-WWE host addresses whether 12-time World Champion should return to manage American Made faction

The American Made stable, comprising Chad Gable, The Creed Brothers, and Ivy Nile, has been a prominent force in WWE, particularly since they became the target of the Wyatt Sicks. Following the legendary Kurt Angle's recent hint about a possible return to the company, Matt Camp shared his thoughts on whether the Gable-led faction could benefit from the 12-time World Champion (6x WWE and 6x TNA) giving guidance as a manager.

The Olympic Gold Medalist officially retired from wrestling for good after his final match against Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35 in 2019. In a recent virtual signing with K&S WrestleFest, Angle stated that he would never lace up his boots to compete between the ropes, but he was open to returning to WWE to manage the American Made faction.

On his The Wrestling Matt podcast, the former WWE host mentioned that Kurt Angle's possible involvement with American Made would be unnecessary. He argued that Chad Gable is already an effective manager for the group and deserves more screen time.

Matt Camp also expressed concern that the Hall of Famer's presence might further sideline the Creed Brothers and Ivy Nile, who he believes need more opportunities to shine on their own:

"American Made does not need Kurt Angle (as a manager) because they have Chad Gable. I don't think you want to take any time from Chad on the mic. I don't think you want to push the Creed Brothers further into the background. I think the Creeds and Ivy Nile need to get more time when they're able to do their own thing and be in the spotlight. I don't need Kurt talking for that group. Chad Gable handles that and Chad Gable handles that at a high level," Camp said. [From 50:38 to 51:14]

The Wyatt Sicks defeated the American Made in a brutal Eight-Person Mixed Tag Team match, followed by a fitting tribute to the late Bray Wyatt. It remains to be seen if the Master Gable-led faction will continue their rivalry with the eerie group or if they have some other group in their sight.
