Ex-WWE manager discusses how huge Bloodline match kept him involved on SmackDown (Exclusive)

The Bloodline made a statement on SmackDown this week by winning a Six-Man Tag Team Match. Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell broke down the action from the episode last night.

The Bloodline kicked off the show this week before getting interrupted by Drew McIntyre. After Jimmy Uso attacked Drew and drove him out, the group got ready to face the LA Knight, Apollo Crews, and Andrade in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. Solo and his henchmen emerged victorious after Shinsuke Nakamura suddenly emerged to attack Knight.

This week on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Mantell detailed that the matchup was refreshing because of the multiple intertwining storylines. He felt the quick matches and angles kept things fresh for the fans. The wrestling veteran praised the creative team for keeping the segments short and entertaining:

"First of all, it didn't go too long and it involved several storylines which kept me involved in it. See, nothing is worse than watching a wrestling match that just goes over and it keeps going. Guys, let's wrap it up. It's TV, it's not a house show... It went the right amount of time. I don't know who is timing these matches, but whoever is in charge of this is doing the right thing. Get it there, get it to where it's moving a little bit, then wrap it. Let's go." [From 22:50 to 23:30]

The Bloodline has a new challenge waiting for them as Solo Sikoa gets ready for Tribal Combat against Roman Reigns on the January 6 episode of RAW.

It will be interesting to see who comes out on top once this battle is done and dusted.
