Ex-WWE star opens up on Bianca Belair missing second major premium live event (Exclusive)
WWE stars Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill have joined hands to become one of the most dominant teams in WWE. The two were former Women's Tag Team Champions before losing the gold in a triple-threat tag match at Clash at the Castle.
Belair and Cargill weren't on the card of Money in the Bank last month, and they have not been advertised for SummerSlam either. In fact, they are scheduled for a match this week on SmackDown against Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.
During an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda, former WWE star and Samoan family member Afa Anoa'i Jr. mentioned that things could change very quickly in WWE. He felt this week's go-home episode of SmackDown could be an important pit stop before SummerSlam. He detailed that the creative team could announce major stars like Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill for the card on SmackDown itself.
"I mean, we still got one more show left tonight before the show. So I've always been a big believer that anything could happen in wrestling."
Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill will be focused on their match at SmackDown this Friday night. It will be interesting to see if they can regain the titles before the blue brand goes off the air tonight.
