Ex-WWE star says he feels "nothing" for Vince McMahon (Exclusive)
Vince McMahon has been a hot topic over the last few months, prompting a former WWE star to comment on him. According to former WWE star EC3, Mr McMahon does not feel anything for him and vice versa.
Former WWE head writer, Vince Russo recently recounted the last time Vince McMahon spoke to him, which was quite a harsh statement. While discussing the topic, EC3 talked about his experiences working with the founder of the company, sharing his thoughts about the former WWE CEO.
Speaking on the latest episode of Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, EC3 stated that although Russo harbors no ill-will against McMahon, he himself is apathetic.
"Upon Vince's eloquent explanation and being a man of grace and forgiveness which we all should be, we should forgive everybody for everything. So the only thing I feel about Vince McMahon is complete indifference, like he would feel about me. If someone tapped him on the shoulder and said 'Hey remember Derick Bateman?' 'No!' 'He's dead.' 'Okay!' He would feel nothing. So the only thing I can do in return is feel nothing for him." [4:10 onwards]
The former WWE head writer recently commented on Ronda Rousey's comments regarding Vince McMahon
Ronda Rousey is certainly not one to mince words, as is evident from her comments about Vince McMahon. While many may agree with her, Russo is not one of them.
On the same episode of Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, Vince Russo stated that both Ronda and Bret Hart's comments about McMahon bothered him.
"I read both [Ronda Rousey and Bret Hart] of their comments this week, and it bothered me. Bro, Chris, maybe it's me, call me crazy; I am not gonna kick a man when he is down. Whatever he did, whatever he is guilty of, we have seen him, he is not well, he is turning 79 years old. Bro, trust me, the man is gonna get what he has coming to him, there is no question about it... No matter what differences I have, no matter how much of a loser he told me I was, I can't find it at this point in his life to kick him when he is down." [2:17 onwards]
Mr. McMahon is currently dealing with allegations emerging from a lawsuit filed by former WWE employee Janel Grant. It remains to be seen how things pan out.
