Female star disliked her role in famous Bret Hart WWE match, according to Vince Russo (Exclusive)
Bret Hart defeated Yokozuna in the WrestleMania 10 main event to win the WWE Championship. Vince Russo, a WWE magazine writer at the time, recently recalled how Jennie Garth did not want to leave her dressing room during the show.
Garth made her name as an actress in the American television series Beverly Hills, 90210. At WrestleMania 10, she served as the guest timekeeper for Hart vs. Yokozuna while actor Burt Reynolds was the guest ring announcer. Later in 1994, martial artist Chuck Norris appeared as a special outside enforcer at Survivor Series during Yokozuna vs. The Undertaker.
On Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Outlaws show, Russo made it clear how much Garth disliked her WrestleMania 10 role:
"The ultimate 'I don't wanna be here' poster girl was Jennie Garth at WrestleMania 10. Oh my God. Bro, they practically had to pry her out of the freaking dressing room. Meanwhile, Burt Reynolds, who was a hundred times the star that she was, was having the freaking time of his life. I was just gonna say, Chuck Norris, having the time of their lives." [9:29 – 9:55]

Vince Russo on Pete Rose's WWE appearances
According to Vince Russo, celebrity guests either strongly liked or disliked appearing in WWE depending on their wrestling fandom.
The former writer named baseball legend Pete Rose as someone who was easy to work with due to his laid-back and practical approach:
"The one thing about Pete, though, bro, he was a guy that I don't think fell into either category," Russo continued. "He wasn't a wrestling mark and he also didn't act like, 'I didn't wanna be there, this is beneath me.' He really was a businessman and wanted to know what the price was for things that he wanted to do. That's literally how he looked at it, bro, which was awesome." [9:55 – 10:23]
Rose famously feuded with Kane in the late 1990s and early 2000s. In 2004, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the celebrity wing.
